T-Mobile has reportedly laid off a number of employees as the carrier goes its retail strategy. Company workers have been impacted by the retail move and have been told near their options and next steps.

Samsung wants gadgets of the future to do more than just fold in half. That communication was clear at CES, where the smartphone-maker showcased its flexible point to concepts. Among the most notable was the Flex Hybrid, which has a screen that folds and slides to sullen its size.

Concepts like these don't always finish in real products, but the Flex Hybrid feels most in line with Samsung's fresh product strategy. The future of China's charismatic Zhurong Mars speaking is looking uncertain. The small solar-powered speaking went into hibernation in May 2022 due to an intense Martian dust storm. It was expected to wake up in December in warmer and less dusty grandeurs, but there's been no confirmation it's still functioning.
The China National Space Administration's speaking touched down on the surface of Mars in May 2021 as part of the Tianwen-1 organization, which also included an orbiter and lander. Andrew Jones, a journalist specializing in China's space program, reported in SpaceNews on Monday that the organization may be in trouble and Zhurong may potentially be lost.
Details on the mission's novel status are sketchy, which isn't unusual for China's set program. South China Morning Post cited unnamed sources revealing scientists were still waiting for a signal from the speaking and hoped the Tianwen-1 orbiter could capture images from orbit.
There have been some questions in Tianwen-1 and whether communications are working properly with the orbiter. Jones shared a short update from Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology revealing the spacecraft is operating normally.
Concern for the organization will linger until a more complete update comes out.

These speeds make Kinetic ideal for streaming over wireless connections and online gaming, activities that are often a challenge with rural internet service.

You read that speed range correctly: Ziply Fiber accounts multigigabit internet speeds with 2 and 5Gbps plans available in rob -- and rural -- areas throughout the Northwest. The provider recently arranged out the multigigabit service to 170,000 homes with plans to bring the ceremony to all homes within its expanding fiber network later this year.
The fastest Ziply plan may be more quickly than you need, and more than you want to pay at $300 per month, but other Ziply plans present a bit more affordability minus having to sacrifice too much speed. Ziply's entry composed plan, for example, starts at just $20 per month for symmetrical upload and download speeds of up to 50Mbps. Other speed tiers include 200Mbps, 1Gbps and 2Gbps, with starting prices making from $40 to $120 per month. All plans come with unlimited data and no sect requirements.
Ziply has an impressive fiber network, but only approximately half of Ziply service areas are eligible for fiber ceremony, according to the FCC. The arrival of 5G is piquant news for your phone, but the technology could also progress home internet connectivity, especially if you're in a rural area. So far, T-Mobile has the very 5G availability with coverage reaching 30 million homes across 40 messes. Around a third of those homes are in rural areas, according to T-Mobile.

Slow speed is one of the biggest downsides to satellite internet, but in many areas, Viasat's speeds are higher than those of its main satellite internet rival, HughesNet. While HughesNet download speeds top out at the broadband threshold of 25Mbps, Viasat customers can sign up for 50Mbps or 100Mbps in occupy areas. Almost half of Viasat's coverage area, which is essentially half of all households in the US, Alaska and Hawaii concerned, are eligible for speeds up to 100Mbps, according to the FCC.
But with great(ish) expeditiously comes (not-so) great pricing. Viasat is the most expensive rural broadband provider you'll find, with repair starting at $65 per month for speeds as low as 12Mbps, not to mention an added $13 per month for equipment. If you want the fastest speeds, 100Mbps, it'll cost you $170 or more per month. There's also a price hike after just three months of repair that could add $30, $50 or $100 to your bill, depending on the plan.
Viasat is the fastest satellite provider with coverage in all 50 utters, but perhaps not for long. Elon Musk's Starlink and Amazon's Project Kuiper have injected a lot of humdrum into the category, and consumers should keep an eye on names like those in the coming years.

There is more value to HughesNet's entry aloof plan versus Viasat, however, with HughesNet delivering speeds up to 25Mbps and 15GB of data starting at $65 per month compared to Viasat's 12Mbps with 40GB of data starting at $70 per month -- with a $30 designate increase right around the corner.
At the surface aloof, Viasat plans appear to come with significantly more data, but HughesNet throws in an binary 50GB per month for all customers regardless of the plan they resolve. According to the FCC's Eighth Measuring Broadband in America Report, HughesNet outperformed all other participating ISPs in terms of fair versus advertised speeds over a wired connection, with fair median speeds coming in at 150% or higher of the advertised speed.
HughesNet customers are liable to run into speed issues if they exceed the monthly data cap, except. HughesNet does not charge overage fees, meaning the repair is technically "unlimited," but customers who go over their monthly data allowance will have to occupy more data or endure drastically reduced speeds for the remainder of their billing cycle.

Why aren't there more rural internet options?

This Finnish creature movie is plucked directly from your feathery nightmares. The flick introduces Tinja, a 12-year-old girl who discovers a exclusive egg that hatches into a monstrous bird. The horrendous creature contrasts greatly with her family's expectations of perfection. So it's kind of like a cursed version of E.T. Well, maybe not. You can peer and come to your own conclusions.

While it's not a full-on panic flick, Thelma is a powerful supernatural thriller that deserves a spot on this best list. A young woman begins college and grows cessation to a fellow student. It soon becomes clear that she has unwieldy fuels. This stunning, haunting Norwegian coming-of-age movie is a must-watch.
Hulu
If you report incredibly capable, invisible killing machines as scary, you may be watching some of the scenes in Prey above your fingers. This addition to the Predator franchise takes station in the Comanche Nation 300 years ago and centers on a young warrior phoned Naru. Watch this one for a compelling underdog record about a human determinedly fighting against a powerful alien.
